Zonkster

The zonker is a very common streamer that many andlers have used before. They also have lots of variations. This fly is a white/pearl zonker fly with bits of black and red at the head. The red helps to represent blood from the gills of baitfish, and will draw strikes from big, predatory browns, but the small build of this fly also allows the smaller fish to take their shot at it. This fly doesn't have a bead, so it's a bit lighter than other streamers. This is good for low cfs rivers and bright days as the fish will easily see this fly. Another great one to add to the box!
